To hold a date, must have a $100.00 deposit.

Balance due by Date of Event.

Decorations are permitted provided they are removed following the event/function and without damage to Post facilities.

A deposit of $100 is required to hold this contract for the date and time specified, and is due within two (2) days of the contract being made.

The balance is due at the time of the event/function.

A refund of the $100 deposit may be granted if the event/function is cancelled within two (2) weeks of the original contracting date, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.
